Join us for an afternoon of impact, innovation, and community!
At Advanced Navigation, our commitment extends beyond pioneering technology in navigation and robotics, it also encompasses our responsibility to make a lasting impact on the world around us. That’s why we’re excited to invite our community to participate in the STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge —a unique opportunity for us all to come together, harness our collective energy, and contribute to meaningful social change.
What is STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge?
STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge is more than just a half day of volunteering—it’s a program that is focused on health and wellbeing, while supporting causes you care about.
Hosted on Thursday 31 July this year in Sydney, the half day features a beautiful 11km walk around the CBD and harbour foreshore with a series of physical activities designed to challenge individuals who participate while raising awareness and funds for worthy causes, such as environmental sustainability, families or mental health.
For all of our team members outside of Sydney the same opportunity is available where you can participate in a DIY option and walk in your location.
Why We’re Involved
Volunteering is not just an act of kindness—it’s a chance to build stronger communities, foster collaboration, and create lasting change.
At Advanced Navigation, we believe in the importance of building a collaborative spirit fueled by curiosity and growth. These values extend beyond the workplace and into the communities in which we live. STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge is an extension of this commitment, not just in the products we develop but in the way we contribute to society.
The Power of Community Connection
One of the most powerful aspects of STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge is the opportunity it presents to connect with our broader community. This isn’t just about Advanced Navigation, it’s about all of us—employees, partners, and supporters—working together to make a difference.
By registering for this program, you’ll be part of a team that’s dedicated to making an impact, learning new skills, and building relationships that will last long after the day is over. This is your chance to contribute to something bigger than yourself, to be part of a legacy of positive change.
A Call to Action
We encourage everyone in the Advanced Navigation community to get involved. Whether you’re participating as an individual or as part of a team, your contribution matters. Together, we can show that innovation doesn’t just happen in the lab—it happens every time we step up to make a difference.

Black Dog Institute: Supporting digital Mental Health: Evaluating the myNewWay® App
This project aims to evaluate how the myNewWay® app, which integrates evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness, can enhance psychological care for adults with anxiety and depression. By combining digital interventions with traditional therapy, it has the potential to reduce the burden on mental health services while improving access and outcomes for those in need.
Can Assist: Go The Distance
Distance significantly impacts cancer outcomes for rural patients. Compared to urban counterparts, they face later diagnoses, higher mortality rates and are 17 x more likely to experience geographical and financial barriers. Can Assist bridges this gap, supporting country cancer patients regardless of distance. Their goal is to ensure that every rural cancer patient can access necessary medical treatment.
Hanna Foundation: In a Good Place
In a Good Place helps rural and regional Australian communities create local, grassroots projects that support mental wellbeing and connection. This funding will provide community-led initiatives that reduce social isolation, decrease mental health stigma, and create supportive environments where everyone feels valued.
Lokahi Foundation: Domestic and Family Abuse Education & Caseworker Program
Domestic and Family Abuse Education - Educating 4,000 students across 20 schools on recognising and preventing abuse.
Caseworker Program - Providing long-term support for domestic abuse survivors, helping them with housing, mental health, and legal needs to regain independence
Melanoma Patients Australia: Every Diagnosis Matters
Your support will fund the Every Diagnosis Matters project, which provides critical emotional and educational support to early-stage melanoma patients who often face isolation and fear of recurrence. By creating a safe, inclusive space with virtual support groups, peer connections, and tailored education, we aim to bridge the gap in care and support for these patients.
Starlight Children’s Foundation: The Starlight Room
The Starlight Room is a medical-free sanctuary inside the hospital where sick kids can laugh, play, and simply be kids. It’s a vital space that offers relief and joy not just to children, but to their families too - especially during tough times. With your support, 250 kids will get to experience the magic of this room and all the moments of normalcy it brings.
