Why we’re taking part
This October, we’re lacing up for the STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge. We’re taking this opportunity to step away from the screens, move with purpose and support causes that are core to our values and purpose at Bank Australia.
More than going the distance, we’re building stronger connections with our communities, our peers and colleagues, all while backing organisations that are committed to creating meaningful impact. Together, we’re supporting three great organisations including Seed Mob, Starlight Children’s Foundation and Well Thanks. Participating in the STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge brings this to life – walking alongside one another, learning as we go, and showing up for those who need it most. However you choose to participate, this is your chance to connect and give back.
Let’s STRYDE forward together.

Seed Mob: Seed’s First Nations Youth-Led Summits for Climate Justice 2025/2026
Over five days, Seed will bring young mob together for peer-led workshops, cultural activities, and planning sessions that build confidence, skills, and connections to lead on climate justice. With sessions on storytelling, movement building, politics, and campaign strategy, alongside powerful guest speakers and healing spaces, the summits offer an accessible entry point for all. Communities across Australia are resisting destructive fossil fuel projects, and these gatherings will strengthen youth leadership and create a collective platform leading into COP30 and COP31. Your support helps us cover all costs, and reduce barriers, so young people can focus on protecting Country and fighting for climate justice.
Starlight Children’s Foundation: The Starlight Room
The Starlight Room is a medical-free sanctuary inside the hospital where sick kids can laugh, play, and simply be kids. It’s a vital space that offers relief and joy not just to children, but to their families too - especially during tough times. With your support, 250 kids will get to experience the magic of this room and all the moments of normalcy it brings.
Well Thanks: In A Good Place
In a Good Place helps rural and regional Australian communities create local, grassroots projects that support mental wellbeing and connection. This funding will provide community-led initiatives that reduce social isolation, decrease mental health stigma, and create supportive environments where everyone feels valued
